DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to draw out mechanical parts drawing according to mechanical design engineer’s requirement and the relevant automation industry standard.
• Responsible for the final detail drawings for Production and ensure geometry/tolerances are correct.
• To undertake other related drafting duties assigned or directed by your immediate superior from time to time.
• To liaise with any other department on drawing related problems and take the necessary counter measures to prevent recurrences.
• To perform proper filing system of the department.

ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

• Ability to draw an engineering with speed and accuracy.
• Can perform a good filing system for the department based on the department’s requirement.
• Able to cope with the urgency of the job scope schedule.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Mechatronic /Product Designing
• 1 to 2 years working experience in engineering drafting preferable.
• Strong in Solid Works Drawing software.

REPORTS TO: SOFTWARE MANAGER
SUPERVISES: TECHNICIANS

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops machine operation systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions.
• Debugging on machine if there is any software related issues
• Customer Side Software issue support if required
• New software design and implement for automation machine applications to enhance machine capability and improve performances.
• To perform any other related tasks as instructed by the management from time to time.
• To develop software verification plans and test procedures.
• To produce specifications and operational feasibility on the machine
• To design, program, simulate and test automation on machine and its processes in order to perform exact required task.
• Responsible for design specifications and other detail documentation of the software creation.

ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE

• Experience in window base automation application
• Talent in multi-threading architecture software patterns
• Good experience in system integration of automation machine
• Knowledge in motion control and image processing functions.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Min Diploma in Mechatronics/Software Engineering/Computer programming software or equivalent
• Strong knowledge in C#,C++,or other similar machine software preferable.
• Hands on experience in automation machine programming environment preferable.

• Responsible to design automated machine modules and mechanical parts according to customer requirement and the relevant automation industry standard.
• Responsible for the preparation of the final production procedures, operation instructions, process control instructions.
• Responsible for the detail drawings of Production and the preparation of   BOM List for all the mechanical fab parts and standard electro-pneumatic parts.
• To undertake other related designing duties assigned or directed by   your immediate superior from time to time.
• To liaise with any other department on design related problems and take the necessary counter measures to prevent recurrences.
• To perform proper filing system of the department. 

ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

• Innovative design creation based on customer’s automation requirement.
• Ability to design based on given concept and working experience in automation machine design industry.
• Knowledge on wafer handling industry requirement.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Mechatronic /Product Designing
• 1 to 2 years working experience in automation design company
• Strong in Solid Works Designing software.

Responsibilities:

Successful candidate will be responsible to improve the quality management system. To perform inspection, testing and coordinate collection of quality performance data and ensure all outgoing systems conform to customer specification.

Requirements:
